I had a very frustrating experience with the hotel due to a lack of hot water, which made my stay unbearable. Despite my complaints, they refused to refund me for the night I couldn't stay. On the flip side, my friends had a wonderful experience, enjoying the cozy and clean environment of their rooms, and were well taken care of by the friendly staff. Overall, the inconsistency between experiences is shocking.
